1. Where we ship

We ship from Switzerland to Switzerland, Europe and the USA with Swiss Post. You see all available countries at checkout.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on your delivery country and are always shown at checkout before you pay. The early access reservation is a non-physical product and is not shipped.

3. Delivery times

The dispatch date is shown on the product page. Delivery with Swiss Post usually takes a few working days within Switzerland and longer for international orders; customs clearance can add further time.

4. Duties and import taxes

Provoqué GmbH is not registered for Swiss VAT. Prices are shown without Swiss VAT.

Switzerland: no further charges.

European Union and other European countries: your order is imported into your country. Import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties and a handling fee of the carrier are charged on delivery and are not included in our prices. Since 1 July 2026, the EU charges an additional customs duty of EUR 3 per item on low-value parcels from outside the EU.

USA: import duties are paid by us. You pay nothing extra on delivery.

Rest of the world: local import taxes and duties are charged on delivery.

5. Payment

Available payment methods for your country are shown at checkout, for example cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and TWINT in Switzerland. Payment is due when you place the order.

6. Transport damage and lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at info@provoquewatches.com. If you are a consumer, we bear the risk of loss or damage until the parcel is delivered to you.
