withdrawal and returns

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you order several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Provoqué GmbH, Rebenstrasse 11, 4421 Nuglar-St. Pantaleon, Switzerland, info@provoquewatches.com, +41 79 122 27 87) of your decision by a clear statement. The easiest way is our online withdrawal function: withdraw from contract. You can also send us an email or a letter, or use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. If you use the online withdrawal function, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to Provoqué GmbH, Rebenstrasse 11, 4421 Nuglar-St. Pantaleon, Switzerland, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For returns from outside Switzerland, please declare the parcel as a "returned goods" shipment so that no customs charges arise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Trying on the watch and swapping the dial module is fine.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example a dial made from a CD you provided or a custom engraving.

4. Early access reservation

The early access reservation (CHF 5 / EUR 5 / USD 5) gives you access to the drop one hour before everyone else and lets you save favourites to your account. If you buy a watch during your early access hour, the amount is credited as a discount on that watch. If you do not buy, you can ask for a full refund of the reservation by email to info@provoquewatches.com until 11 December 2026. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

5. Model withdrawal form
